Harrison was absolutely brilliant from my 1st phone call. I was having a nightmare trying to find someone to do a 'simple' lease plan for a flat we're selling in Torquay and no longer being local, he was so helpful, very reasonable and willing to travel to get them done for me without charging extortionate petrol costs etc. Had the plans drawn super quick and liaised with the solicitor to get them signed off. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable. Harrison is a pleasure to deal with. Responsive to my initial request, then very flexible when my plans changed, then changed again! He is friendly, polite, patient to the fact I had 2 little ones to look after whilst he was here too. Best part was that he took his shoes off without even asking :-) It was great to be able to chat about the process, that he had shared interest and knowledge of Heat Pumps and PV etc. Will recommend to anyone that I know needing any of his services without hesitation.
