⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure of meeting Harrison yesterday for a property survey at Pullens Cottage, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was looking at and why, which made the whole process feel collaborative rather than clinical. What really stood out was his genuine interest in the upgrades — especially the solar panels and insulation. It’s rare to meet someone who not only understands the technical side but also appreciates the effort behind it. His professionalism and personable approach made the experience smooth and reassuring. Harrison is a pleasure to deal with. Responsive to my initial request, then very flexible when my plans changed, then changed again! He is friendly, polite, patient to the fact I had 2 little ones to look after whilst he was here too. Best part was that he took his shoes off without even asking :-) It was great to be able to chat about the process, that he had shared interest and knowledge of Heat Pumps and PV etc. Will recommend to anyone that I know needing any of his services without hesitation. Harrison was absolutely brilliant from my 1st phone call. I was having a nightmare trying to find someone to do a 'simple' lease plan for a flat we're selling in Torquay and no longer being local, he was so helpful, very reasonable and willing to travel to get them done for me without charging extortionate petrol costs etc. Had the plans drawn super quick and liaised with the solicitor to get them signed off. We needed a set of scaled drawn plans to look at maximising the space in our home and after researching a few companies, Harpr Surveyors stood out from the rest. We commissioned the plans, sections and elevations of the interior and exterior of our property and throughout the process the team really helped with every step. 5 stars...I have to say that Harrison from Hapr surveyors was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and was professional during our communications. Not only did he reply in a timely manor but delivered what he said he said he would and on time. The cost was extremely reasonable and about 1/3 of the other quotes, so we were dubious to the quality and effectiveness he would deliver as others had quoted much higher. However we were satisfied and can definately recommend his services ~ Dominic M

I was very impressed with the whole process. It was easy to book an appointment that was then carried out at a time that was convenient for me. The surveyor made personal contact with me prior to the visit and as I was not present at the appointment he was contacted me before and after to let me know it had been completed.
